The founders of the Keystone Group have been licensed General Contractors in Dallas since 2000.  During our 17 years of commercial and residential construction in Dallas, we built thousands of square feet and completed countless projects.  We performed construction projects at buildings that are familiar to many in the DFW area, including restaurants (Bread Winners, 4900 McKinney Ave, Dallas & 4021 Preston Rd, Plano; Barcadia, 1917 N Henderson Ave, Dallas), medical centers (Caddis Medical center, 400 W. The Keystone Group performs all the steps in a residential construction project, from site selection and evaluation, to engineering, architecture, budgeting, and construction. Energy Star Certification

All our Homes are Energy Star Certified. Special attention is paid to energy efficiency and green performance standards on every project. This means that all our newly built homes are inspected by third parties to meet the rigors of the Energy Star standards. We pride ourselves in the value engineering of our projects. By maximizing energy efficiency we increase the value of the house and lower the utility bills of our homeowners. More importantly, we are doing our part to aid in protecting the environment by reducing greenhouse gases.
